Wiki Loves Earth Photography
Despite the pandemic, the 2020 Wiki Loves Earth photography contest threw up some spectacular images.
Due to restrictions in place around the world, participants were encouraged to dig out and upload old images they had taken rather than venture out to take new ones.
It still managed to inspire 106,240 photo uploads from 34 countries, and out of 10 images chosen from each country, these were the fifteen highest placed by the international panel of judges.

Fourteenth place: Sunset lights up Mount Bromo in Indonesia by Andhika bayu nugraha, CC BY-SA 4.0.
Fifteenth place: A third kingfisher and about to eat its meal in Bangladesh by Dipu ME-12, CC BY-SA 4.0.
